WHEN BUYING TICKETS REGULATIONS OF Airlines
1. The company AIR VIETJET
Conditions ticket (reduced ticket prices):
- Baggage consignment 0kg. If luggage consignment must buy before flying 4h.12.000d / kg x 15 kg / passenger.
- Change of itinerary and rename allowed (cost)
- Non-refundable tickets.
Substitution Date departure: Allowed change but 24 hours before departure time. Change 400.000VND fee plus fare difference at the time of changes (if any).
Regulations on luggage:
- Hand baggage must not exceed 07kg with maximum dimensions of 25cm x 3-way 35cm x 50cm
- Hand luggage luggage switch to consignment: no charge 100.000VND ticket, the ticket was charged VND200,000 (before flying 2h) and pay the fee at the airport 300.000VN A.
- Checked baggage must not exceed 20kg / pax
- Excess baggage will be charged under the provisions of the airline 35.000VND / Kg.

For children:
- Under 02 years old: VND 100,000 / Domestic, International: VND 200,000, but parents traveling with

Class ticket discount (L, M, R, Q): Change Fee: 400.000VND before the flight and fare difference (if any); Or 800.000vnd and fare difference inside and after the flight. Charged: 400.000VND before the flight; or during and after the flight 800.000VND.
Passengers are allowed to carry luggage and sign posts 20 KG maximum hand baggage 7KG./.
*** Note: Please be at the airport 120 minutes before flying to proceed. Valid documents: ID card / driving license / passport). For children under 14 must bring a birth certificate.
For children:
- Under 02 years old: 10% of the fare
- From 02-12 years: 75% of the fare
- From 12 years and older: as adults

- Itinerary change not allowed - No refund.
- Change of name and date of departure: allowed to change but before departure time 6h. Change 380.000VND fee plus fare difference at the time of changes (if any).

- Hand baggage must not exceed 07kg with maximum dimensions 23cm 3D (width) + 36cm (height) + 56cm (length)
- Hand luggage luggage switch to consignment: no ticket charge 130.000VNĐ (15kg luggage), 180. 000VND (20kg luggage), cost of ticket has 220.000VND (15kg luggage), 250 000VND (operating Management 20kg) and pay the fee at the airport 400.000VND (15kg luggage).
