If you notice 3 day trip, you will be refunded 70% of the total amount that you have signed up for the trip. In special circumstances (bad weather, the plane could not take off ...) we can review and refund the entire amount.

That depends on the conditions of each program package. However, this amount may be changed depending on the amount of fees charged when you canceled flights, but sometimes the return of this money will not be accepted.

For customers living in Vietnam:

For customers living in Vietnam, the company accepts payment by cash, credit card and bank transfer. 

Cash: You can come to our office to pay in cash before receiving the ticket, or pay when we deliver your ticket to take place in. 

Bank Transfer: You can make the payment through a bank transfer in Vietnam. We will provide you the information to transfer at the time of your booking is confirmed.

Credit cards: You can pay before receiving the tickets by credit card through a link on the net payment or payment at the time of delivery by imprint. To ensure safety, we need you to sign the bill and we will confirm your signature with identification cards legality (passport, driver's license) at the time of delivery. We will notice Payment by credit card (if any) to you for confirmation before the payment is conducted

For customers living outside of Vietnam, buy tickets before coming to Vietnam, we only accept payment by credit card and transfer money through Western Union; we do not accept payment in cash at the time of delivery.

Bank transfer: You can make the transfer to us through your bank account abroad. We will send you information on our account at the time your booking is confirmed.

Western Union: You can pay by Western Union. We will send the details of recipients. So we can get your money, you must send us the code number of the control of the amount deposited.

You can make reservations for someone else. Simple operation just fill in the name of reservation, and contact details. You can also pay by cash or bank transfer for someone else. However, you can not conduct a partial payment by credit card for another. The name on the credit card must match the customer's name.

After you make an online booking, we will do validation watch where you put a space and confirm your reservation. Part of your reservation will not be confirmed until you receive an email or fax reply.

opentour is the intermediary company providing tourist services, we do not directly organize the tour on their website, choose the tour the best from the travel company prestige and quality to bring to customers.

You just do the simple choice of hotel you want to stay (or you can email or call us to ask). If you have chosen a hotel and proceed to the "Booking", please fill out customer information and payment information, as well as but a few other requirements.

No, the plane ticket package and our hotel did not include sightseeing, meals and guided tours

You can upgrade your package to the 4 star hotel, but you must pay an additional 1 fee depending on the hotel. And you can also upgrade to business class tickets.
