City Fine Arts Museum. Ho Chi Minh City formerly the residence of Chinese traders Promised Bon Hoa, one of the wealthiest and most famous Saigon in the early years of the 20th century.

The building is built on a total area of ​​3.514m² style Art-deco architecture - architecture harmonious combination between art schools in Asia and Europe. Roof red tiled roof, the roof edging tiles are glazed green borders. The building's windows with stained-glass style patterns European art. Cotton tiled floors with designs, patterns varied, individual marble stairs ... Museum is the first work in Saigon with elevator. Elevator shaft is made of wood, decorated and carved like a procession of ancient China.

The overall architecture is created landmark buildings at the main gate area (1st Floor) with high-roofed lobby and large columns supporting the roof, the two sides arranged lobby staircase. The main door arch, arch mounted on iron pattern H.B.H stylized letters - abbreviated names Hua Bon Hoa. On the tailgate the museum office steles engraved with the names of the owners of the house, are members of the family to the Promised Bon Hoa.

In 1987, the building was the MPC. Ho Chi Minh converted into a city museum of Fine Arts. Ho Chi Minh and officially open for visitors in 1989. Among the paintings on display in the museum, there are large-format painting lacquer North Central Park South's spring painter Nguyen Gia Tri. This is considered a national treasure.

In 2011, the museum opened a gallery of works of oil painting situated right next to the main house.
